Managing the planning application, EIA Screening Scoping, phase I habitat surveys, great crested newt surveys ecological/landscaping mitigation and enhancement proposals for the development polyhouses on 50 acres of arable land as part of a sustainable agricultural production project. Working closely with the client to develop a robust planning strategy to incorporate significant levels of community consultation to address concerns of impacts of the development. Developing a robust ecological and landscape mitigation and enhancement strategy in consultation with Natural England, Wildlife Trust and Local Authority.
