Managing the planning application, EIA Screening and Scoping, Phase I habitat surveys, great crested newt surveys, ecological/landscaping mitigation and enhancement proposals for the development polyhouses on 37ha of arable land as part of a sustainable agricultural production project. Working closely with the client to develop a robust planning strategy in consultation with the Local Authority, Parish Council and Internal Drainage Board.
